To the coordinators and judges, the time you spend volunteering in this program is invaluable to young researchers to improve themselves and ensures a high quality of science today and in the future. I extended my sincerest thanks to everyone who make the OSPA program possible. Attending AGU, participating in OSPA and receiving feedback has made me a better scientist and communicator.
