What led you to Earth and Space science?

That is hard to say. I was not sure if NASA came up with the idea of Hubble telescope first or me.

How long have you been a member of AGU and why did you join?

I have been a member since 2009.

What are you working on now?

My background is Geomatics Engineerins. I was involved in multiple projects both in Academia and Industry related to Hydrological observations from Satellite based Remote Sensing. I have worked with archive of almost a decade of AVHRR data and few years of MODIS data to provide a simplified snowmelt runoff model. Then after starting my PhD. my interest was changed toward application of microwave remote sensing for a while. Now with knowledge and experience in both optical and radar remote sensing, I work for a Geomatics firm in Calgary. My research now is towards the application of PSInSAR and close range photogrammetery for Construction sites.
