What led you to Earth and Space science?

I first became interested in hydrology and biogeochemistry when I served as an Americorps member in a water quality non-profit in Buffalo, NY called Buffalo Niagara Riverkeeper.

How long have you been a member of AGU and why did you join?

I have been a member of AGU since 2010. I joined because AGU is the leading professional society for my field. Also, AGU events like the Fall Meeting are a great way to connect with old friends and build new collaborations.

What are you working on now?

My PhD research is focused on combining hydrology and microbiology to better understand phosphorus cycling in the environment.
