I was raised with passion for the environment and tried to direct my knowledge and studies toward earth sciences in my graduate studies and defining my PhD dissertation.

How long have you been a member of AGU and why did you join?

I am a member for 7 years and joined to access the leading earth sciences and connect to researchers in my field of expertise.

What are you working on now?

The effects of sea level rise and climate change on estuaries, wetlands, hydrodynamics ,and storm surge. I also work to include more complex processes in the Hydro-MEM model to better capture the effective parameters in salt marsh productivity and marsh platform accretion rate.
